Grant Wood

1939

 lithograph on paper

Grant Wood made the crops look perfect and aligned. The barn isn’t damaged and is very large. He also made a neat and tiny house in the background. This style is regionalism. Like other regionalist, Wood painted realistic pictures of America’s heartland.
